You Should Open A Brewery is a homage to all of the poor life decisions we have made to keep us happy and creative. Like playing in bands, starting a brewery, and all the many other stupid choices in between. We love experimenting and pushing the boundaries of beer, and as we increased the threshold of hop flavour we could pack into a brew, the more excited we became. The name of this series came from a tasting session of our first triple IPA: our mouths were hit with a massive wall of flavour and then “everything went away”. The smoothness, minimal bitterness, and balance were incredible for such an unbalanced beer. Moving forward with this recipe, we continued to find new doomsday names for each rendition of EGA in order to keep it fresh and fun.
Notes: a stone fruit hop explosion, dryhopped with Freestyle hops Tropical Fusion blend and it delivers, backed by the body of our normal EGA IIIPA, but taken over the top with peach.
