Napa Kimchi Jar - $8
Napa cabbage kimchi is ground kochu karu, ginger, garlic, onion, apple, fish sauce and shrimp marinating over napa cabbage for several weeks.
White Kimchi Jar - $7
Napa cabbage is cured and seasoned with all the same flavors of the red kimchi with the main difference being the omission of kochu karu which is the ground Korean chili pepper that colors the red kimchi. The white version uses whole chili that do not color the base kimchi. Apple, pear, chili, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, scallion make the base flavors of this less spicy, sweeter version of kimchi
Pork Bun- hoisin, cucumber, scallion - $6
Steamed bun brushed with hoisin sauce, garnished with pickled cucumber, scallion. belly is roasted with salt, 5 spice, pepper, sugar.
Shiitake Bun – hoisin, cucumber, scallion - $5
Shiitake mushroom braised with onion, garlic, soy, and cilantro. On a steamed bun brushed with hoisin sauce, garnished with cured cucumber and scallion.
Croquettas – okonomiyaki sauce, qp mayo, chili, scallion, bonito - $10
Tapioca and cheese dumplings are fried. Dressed with qp mayo, okonomiyaki sauce, katsuobushi, pickled chili and cut scallion. Bonito to garnish.
Spicy Chicken Sando - $12
Chicken thigh marinated in spicy chili and buttermilk. Dredged in chickpea flour and potato starch. Fried delicious. Served on a martin’s potato roll with qp mayo and pickled moo radish.
Pork Katsu Sando - $14
Martin hoagie bun is grilled and brushed with nduja, garnished pickled daikon and carrot, sprig or cilantro with panko fried pork belly slice.
Chilled Spicy Noodles - $16
Sichuan beef sausage, black bean sauce, candied cashew.
