Blood Brothers Brewing is dedicated to creating an inclusive and harassment-free environment for everyone. We embrace and celebrate unique experiences, perspectives and cultural backgrounds.We strive to foster an environment where all people feel respected, valued and empowered. Our team members are committed to putting in the work to promote and sustain an inclusive space for all.
All patrons of Blood Brothers Brewing are expected to support an inclusive and safe space by adhering to the following conduct standards:
- To treat others with dignity and respect at all times.
- To avoid under any circumstances engaging in inappropriate behaviour and language that are discriminatory, harassing, abusive, offensive or unwelcome.
- To confront the decisions or behaviours of others that are based on conscious or unconscious biases.
- To be open-minded and listen when given constructive feedback regarding others' perception of your conduct.
VIOLATIONS
Harassment, violence, and abusive language toward other patrons or employees have no place here. Staff may ask anyone to leave, and will report unsafe or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and all suspected violations of the law will be reported to local law enforcement and may result in a permanent ban from all Blood Brothers Brewing spaces.
