Boubon Barrel Aged Nitro Sour Ale • 8% ABV

Resembling a whipped Whiskey Sour, this golden ale is brewed with rye and aged in bourbon barrels. The addition of lemon zest and a dose of nitro round out this cocktail-inspired ale.

 

BLACK HAND

North American Stout •  7% ABV

Brewed with cocoa husk and a complex combination of roasted malts, this bold stout is rich and full bodied with layers of chocolate and espresso.

Session Pale Ale •  4.5% ABV

This pale ale features a bold tropical fruit aroma, a result of being jam-packed with juicy Citra and El Dorado hops. The soft but assertive bitterness is balanced by a healthy dose of flaked oats and wheat in the grain bill.

Pilsner-ish • 5% ABV

Double dry hopped with Cryo Mosaic, Mosaic and Citra. This IPA features juicy fruit flavours and aromas. The addition of Muscat grapes gives the body extra complexity and juicy qualities.

 

CAPTAIN HOWDY

B.B.A. Imperial Stout w/ Coconut & Hazelnut • 11% ABV

Someone call a priest. This years rendition was a selection of bookers and bakers barrels. Aromas of Coconut and hazelnut are followed by Smooth bourbon heat on the palate. Layers of chocolate, fudge and vanilla are all rounded out with a balanced sweetness.

DARK 'N' SOUR

Sour Stout •  7% ABV

The ultimate combination of sour cherries and dark chocolate, with a touch of sweetness.

 

DARK ‘N’ SOUR - BARREL AGED CHERRY

Barrel Aged Sour Stout w/ Cherries • 9% ABV

This sour stout was aged for one year in brandy barrels and refermented on whole Montmorency cherries. Expect a big hit of brandy up front with notes of dark fruit and raisin. The sweet finish is balanced by a fresh fruit acidity.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL I

Oat IPA • 6.7% ABV

Brewed with a heavy dose of oats, this hazy IPA features bold tropical flavours of pineapple, papaya and grapefruit. Columbus, Citra, Wai-ti offer a smooth hop character with full body and no sweetness.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL II

Wheat IPA • 7.2% ABV

A thick, hazy IPA, this brew is wheat heavy and packed with Columbus, Cascade, Mosaic and Citra hops. Smooth with a lingering body, the Devil’s Trill II features pear and orange flavours with a hint of sweetness.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL III: TRILL HARDER

IPA • 6% ABV

Brewed with a Scottish ale yeast, this hazy IPA features bold tropical flavours of pineapple, papaya and grapefruit. Cryo Citra, Mosaic and Wai-ti offer a smooth hop character with full body and a hint of sweetness.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL IV: A NEW HOPE

Nitro Apricot DIPA • 9.5% ABV

This nitro double IPA is highly aromatic with dry hopped Citra, Simcoe and Cascade. The addition of fresh pureed apricots provides tart flavour and a thick and full bodied mouth feel.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL V: TRILLOGY

IPA • 6.5% ABV

A hazy Vermont style IPA, dry hopped with west coast hops. Full bodied with a prominent tropical aroma. Devil’s Trill V is a saturation of the senses.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL VI: TOKYO TRILL

Imperial IPA • 8% ABV

A hazy Vermont style IPA, dry hopped with Centennial, Hallertau Blanc and Citra. Light floral notes and a delicate fruitiness keep this Imperial IPA an easy drinking experience.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL VII: TRILL ‘EM ALL

DDH IPA w/ Sabro & Coconut • 7.5% ABV

So met-ale. Double dry hopped with Sabro and Galaxy, this hazy IPA is infused with toasted coconut, adding creaminess to notes of tangerine and stonefruit.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL VIII: TRILLMANIA

DDH IPA w/ Vic Secret & Galaxy • 6% ABV

The ‘ultimate’ full-bodied IPA, fragrant of peach and apricot. The intense flavours of Vic Secret & Galaxy are accented by soft carbonation and a slightly tart pineapple finish. Hints of pine and low bitterness will make you Gorilla-Press-Slam-back this champion.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL IX: TRILLMATIC

IPA w/ Cryo Citra, El Dorado & Nelson Sauvin • 7.2% ABV

Live a little with this extremely hazy IPA fermented with Voss Kveik yeast. Featuring juicy, invigorating notes of green grapes, melon, pomelo zest, pineapple and a citrus peel finish.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL X: TRILL COMMUNICATION

Kveik IPA • 6.9% ABV

This IPA was brewed with flaked oats, wheat, Pilsner and Kveik yeasts. Dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and El Dorado. Intense aromas of sweet passionfruit, tangerine and pineapple.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XI: LICENSED TO TRILL

Kveik IPA • 7% ABV

This thick IPA is brewed with Kveik yeast and Mosaic, Galaxy, Amarillo and Citra hops. Packed with notes of chewy mango, pineapple and sweet citrus with balanced bitterness.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XII: CYPRESS TRILL

IPA • 6.3% ABV

This beer was brewed with flaked rice, flaked oats, Pilsner and Voss Kveik yeasts. Citra and Colombus hops were used in the whirlpool with a massive Nelson dry hop and a touch of Wai-iti. Citrus compliments intense stone fruit with lychee and white grapes on the nose. Flaked rice keeps the malt profile clean and light to allow the ungodly Nelson dry hop to shine. Expect a smooth bitterness and balanced sweetness on the finish.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XIII: JAGGED LITTLE TRILL

IPA w/ Passion Fruit • 7.4% ABV

This IPA was fermented with passion fruit and dry hopped with Citra, Vic Secret and Sabro. The passion fruit sets a solid tropical fruit base. Pineapple and stone fruit are first on the palate followed by a touch of coconut and citrus. Expect a clean, bitter finish and balanced sweetness.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XIV: TRILLER GENUINE CRAFT

Nitro IIPA w/ Lychee, Mosaic & Nelson • 8% ABV

Triller Genuine Craft brings texture to a new level. A copious amount of lychee meets the pillowy finish of nitro. Nelson and Mosaic were the perfect hops to make this fruit smoothie inspired IIPA with notes of mango, passion fruit and stone fruit. An assertive bitterness brings all of the parts together into a cohesive Genuine Craft.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XV: RUN TO THE TRILLS

IIPA w/ Cashmere & Galaxy • 8% ABV

This IIPA was dry hopped with cashmere and galaxy.  You will experience aromas of juicy melons that fall into a bed of soft peaches and citrus.  The body is extremely smooth with a balanced bitterness.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XVI: TRILL BILL

IIPA w/ Citra, El Dorado, & Sabro • 8.5% ABV

This IIPA was dry hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Sabro. Your journey begins with a bouquet of Pineapple and Coconut . You will experience a full bodied and structured  beer with a luxurious mouth feel.  Ripe tangerines and stone fruit give a perceived sweetness that is balanced with a smooth bitter finish.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XVII: PSYCHO TRILLER

IIPA w/ Citra & El Dorado • 8.0% ABV

This iteration of Devil’s Trill tests the balance of whirlpool and dry hop additions.  With a much larger whirlpool addition than usual we used Citra and El Dorado to create this soft yet structured IIPA. Stone fruit and citrus dominate both the palate and aroma. Assertive bitterness plays the final note in this composition.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XVIII: BEVERLY TRILLS

IIPA w/ Idaho 7, Simcoe & Galaxy • 8.5% ABV

Beverly Trills was dry hopped with Idaho 7, Simcoe and Galaxy.  Expect intense aromas of lychee, Sauvignon Blanc, and clementine.  This fruit salad in a can is extremely fluffy with mild bitterness reminiscent of citrus zest

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XIX: GODTRILLA

IIPA w/ Belma, Meridian & Vic Secret • 8.5% ABV

This beast was dry hopped with Belma, Meridian and Vic Secret. Aromas of stone fruit and cantaloupe are complimented with an ultra soft body and pillowy head. Hints of swedish berries and citrus on the palate with a smooth bitterness create the perfect balance.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XX

IIPA w/ Cashmere, Citra & Mosaic • 8.5% ABV

This addition to the Trill family features Cashmere, Citra and Mosaic. Aromas of ripe banana and melons meld into tropical fruit juice concentrate on the palate. The body is soft and pillowy with a touch of sweetness and balanced bitterness.

 

DEVIL’S TRILL XXI: SUGAR TRILL GANG

IIPA w/ Columbus, Azacca, Citra, Galaxy • 8.5% ABV

This rendition of Devil’s Trill features a few new tricks. As always we push the limits of hop saturation and continue to perfect this evolving hop composition. We triple dry hopped this beer with Columbus, Citra, Azacca and Galaxy. Potent aromas of citrus zest and stone fruit move seamlessly into a euphoric tropical breeze. The palate is impressively soft, boasting flavours of pineapple and vanilla. A perfect touch of piney bitterness completes this latest composition.

IIPA w/ Galaxy, Simcoe, Amarillo & Motueka • 9.5% ABV

A full-bodied double IPA brimming with aroma and flavour. Hazy with a meringue head, this brew announces itself with sweet aromas of apricot, orange juice and white wine. Tasting notes of zesty orange and lychee lend sweet flavours, balanced bitterness and a smooth finish.

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: AND JUST LIKE THAT, IT ALL WENT TO SHIT

IIIPA w/ Mosaic, Citra, & Waiti • 9.8% ABV

This latest iteration of Everything Goes Away comes in at a whopping 9.8%. This beer was dry hopped with mosaic, Citra and wai-iti. Sweet peaches and mango meet bright pineapple in this soft pillowy brew.

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: ERROR 404

IIPA w/ Southern Star & Amarillo • 9.5% ABV

This fragrant DIPA showcases aromas of peach, mango, pine, sweet malt and orange liqueur. Full bodied with a touch of sweetness, notes of orange marmalade, pine and grapefruit outshine the hefty ABV

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: A BLACK HOLE OF FEELINGS

IIIPA w/ Mosaic, Belma & Southern Passion • 11% ABV

Weighing in at 11% this IIIPA is dry hopped with southern passion, Mosaic and Belma. It pours thick like raw golden honey. Aromas of sweet candied mangos meld into Swedish berries on the palate and finish with smooth bitterness to remind us it’s beer.

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: CTR+ALT+DEL

IIIPA w/ Eldorado, Citra, Waiti • 10% ABV

This iteration of EGA was dry hopped with el dorado, citra and wai-iti. Aromas of Lychee and Mango make way for dried apricots and tangy citrus on the palate. This full bodied beer is tempur-pedic soft with a suiting bitter sweet finish.

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: FADE TO BLACK

IIIPA w/ Mosaic & Sabro • 10% ABV

This iteration of EGA was dry hopped with mosaic and sabro.  Tangerine and ripe mangoes start the show and finish with creamy coconut.  This version has dialled back the sweetness a touch without changing the signature full body, soft mouthfeel and restrained bitterness you’ve come to enjoy.

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: FUCK IT

IIIPA w/ Cashmere & Citra • 10% ABV

A continuation in a series of indulgence and over the top hop saturation.  This iteration of EGA showcases Cashmere and Citra.  The body is thick and ultra soft with huge aromas of ripe peaches and mango.  The finish is a touch sweet with a mellow bitterness and citrus twang.

IIIPA w/ Citra, Nelson, Motueka • 10% ABV

This new iteration of Everything Goes Away is dry hopped with Citra, Nelson and Motueka, It's down-filled-soft with a balanced bitterness. You will experience aromas of pineapple and vanilla with lychee and mango on the palate.

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: Y THO?

IIIPA w/ Azacca, Amarillo & Citra • 9.5% ABV

 

This round of EGA was dry hopped with Azacca, Amarillo and Citra. Strawberry shines through on the first smell. The body is soft with Creamy Mango and orange exploding on the palate.

 

EVERYTHING GOES AWAY: YOU ARE UNIQUE, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE

IIIPA w/ Mosaic, Meridian & Galaxy • 11% ABV

The latest iteration of Everything Goes Away comes in at 11% to keep you warm while we slip into the abyss of winter. We dry hopped this beer with Mosaic, Meridian and Galaxy. Citrus takes the forefront with a touch of strawberry and tropical fruit as support. Expect the same soft body but with a much drier finish than usual.

FALL OF THEBES - GAMAY-PINOT NOIR

Barrel Aged Wild Ale w/ Fruit • 6% ABV

We have teamed up with our friends at Rosewood Winery to complete this season’s Fall of Thebes! We brewed our original version with a blend of Ontario grape skins and tucked them away for just under two years in Burgundy barrels. The final product was blended with barrel aged saison, golden sour, Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir. Expect a funky, full-bodied, juicy beer, with notes of Swedish Berries, sour plums, cherry, oak, leather and a touch of raspberry vinegrette.

Barrel Aged Brett IPA •  8% ABV

A blend of a 100% Brett barrel aged IPA and a hazy North-Eastern style IPA. Dry hopped with Waimea, El Dorado and Citra, this IPA features intense stone fruit and funky aromas.

GOTHICUS

Imperial Stout w/ Cinnamon & Chocolate Bhutlahs • 11.9% ABV

Gothicus is our liquid ode to Valentine’s day. This year we wanted to create something special for the one you love….even if it’s yourself. Nothing says love like chocolate and cinnamon hearts. We brewed a massive chocolate base stout at 11.9% and created the cinnamon heart experience by conditioning this beer on cinnamon and chocolate bhutlah peppers. The heat is reminiscent of finishing a bag of cinnamon hearts by your lonesome. The chocolate base is gluttonous like a pint of ice cream but completes this liquid love poem.

GRANNYVINE

Double Dry Hopped IPA • 6.5% ABV

Hazy gold in colour, dry hopped with El Dorado, Amarillo and Sorachi Ace hops. Notes of lemon, tangerine and black pepper.

 

GUILTY REMNANT

White Stout w/ Coffee, Vanilla & Lactose •  6% ABV

This "white stout” is brewed with all of the elements of a traditional stout without any roasted malts. Instead, we infuse this decadent, full bodied ale with vanilla, locally roasted coffee and cocoa tea to provide delightful aromas of coffee and white chocolate.  Contains lactose.

 

GUILTY REMNANT - COCONUT & COFFEE

Nitro White Stout • 6% ABV

Inspired by creamy Thai coffee, our nitro stout is brewed with coconut, coffee and lactose. Treat yourself with this soft sipper.

Dry Hopped Saison w/ Honeydew • 5% ABV

Brewed with Pilsner malts, oats and wheat, Hail saison is a refreshing, fruity delight enhanced by the addition of painstakingly hand juiced honeydew melons  and German Huell Melon hops. Worship nice weather.

 

HOCUS POCUS

Nitro Sour w/ Cherries & Vanilla • 6% ABV

A creamy, dessert style nitro sour brewed with cherries, vanilla and Mandarina Bavaria. No lactose.

 

HOLY GHOST SELTZER

Clementine & Pomegranate • 5.0% ABV

This round of Holy Ghost was fermented on loads of clementine and pomegranate. The alcohol base is neutral allowing the flavours of clementine and pomegranate to take the forefront. Expect a full flavoured, off dry and juicy seltzer.

Passionfruit • 5.0% ABV

Dry hopped with tropical El Dorado and Vic Secret. Anticipate a big, fruit bowl aroma of citrus, melon, mango and papaya. Mango flavour is strong on the palate, with light sourness and an orange rind finish.

 

INNER EYE

North American Pale Ale •  5.5% ABV

More yeast forward than most interpretations of the style, Inner Eye Pale Ale features floral and citrusy hop aromas with tropical fruit esters from a unique strain of yeast.

Light in alcohol and bitterness, this pale ale features one of our largest dry hop schedules to date. Bursting with Citra and Mosaic hop aromas, this little pale ale packs a punch without tiring your palate.

This batch of Keg Deals & Kick Backs is dry hopped with Citra, Strata and Galaxy.  We have blended our house yeast with another fruity variant giving the base a creamy banana finish.  We’ve punched the hops up so expect big aromas of stone fruit, melon and citrus.  The palate is soft and full, with flavours of banana and lemon with a grapefruit pithiness on the finish.

LUCKY CAT

Hazy Dry Hopped Gose w/ Plums • 7.5% ABV

A collab with local speakeasy Mahjong, this take on a traditional gose was barrel aged with plums for 3 months, and dosed with a Sorachi Ace and Motueka dry hop. Expect bright, fruity aromas of gooseberries, and comforting flavours of candied plums, light oak and white wine. Balanced salinity rounds out this hazy brew.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout w/ Salted Peanuts • 9% ABV

This thick and full bodied imperial stout boasts aromas of coffee. Mild bourbon is layered with mounds of sweet and salty peanut butter.

 

MILK OF THE POPPY

North American IPA w/ Fruit •  6.5% ABV

This North American IPA is brewed with a blend of New Zealand and American hops, then refermented with locally produced strawberry juice. The tropical fruit and grapefruit hop aromas are accented beautifully by the sweet and juicy berries.

 

MOMOTARO

Wild Ale w/ Ontario Peaches •  6.5% ABV

This Brett forward fruit beer was aged for over a month with local Ontario peaches from this year’s harvest. Expect a considerable amount of fruity Brett funk and ripe peach upfront, followed by a pleasant tart finish.

Tequila Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale w/ Citrus • 8.2% ABV

This farmhouse ale was aged for one year in tequila barrels then refermented with brettanomyces and citrus fruit, creating earthy flavours of herbs and spices.

PARADISE LOST - BLACK RASPBERRY, LEMON, HAZELNUT

Sour Ale • 6.9% ABV

A full bodied dessert sour. Black raspberry comes through like jam, hazelnut adds a wafer cookie quality. All of this is balanced with a mildly tart sour base and bright citric acid from the lemon.

This beer is straight out of the 2020 cruise wear line. Golden body, bright acidity and aromas of citrus and white wine. The combination of soursop and sabro give the body smoothness and a touch of coconut on the palate. Right when you forgot about the lychee it comes around the corner and finishes late on the palate.

PARAPONERA

Brett Berliner Weisse w/ Apricot • 4.3% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Escarpment Labs, this small but flavourful ale is tart, fruity and funky. Using a mixed culture of yeasts and bacteria, including a strain of Brett isolated from a traditional German Berliner Weisse, we let this ale age on over 400 lbs of pureed apricots for 6 weeks.

A collab with Toronto watering holes Ronnie’s and Pharmacy, this take on a traditional ESB features a blend of fruity UK and New World hops. Expect a malty backbone from English base malts, balanced bitterness, and a slightly dry and fruity finish.

 

RONNIE’S PHARMACEUTICALS

Berliner-Rice w/ Cherry, Pomegranate & Ginger • 4.2 % ABV

A collab with Toronto watering holes Ronnie’s and Pharmacy, this light, clean sour ale is brewed with rice and fermented in neutral oak barrels. Inspired by the nostalgic flavours of a Shirley Temple, cherry, pomegranate and ginger are added making it reminiscent of everyone’s favourite virgin cocktail.

Triple Fruited Triple Sour w/ Apricot, Nectarine, Guava, Lime & Vanilla • 11.9% ABV

You asked us... so we made it. Tenafly Viper is here. 11.9% of fruited sour goodness. We brewed this monstrosity with whole Ontario nectarine, fresh limes, vanilla, apricot and guava puree. Expect the perfect amount of tartness to cut through a full bodied dessert finish.

 

THE WAITING ONES

Dry IPA • 7.5% ABV

Brewed to have little to no residual sugar, this IPA showcases the fruity and expressive Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops. Refermented with Chablis grapes, this ale is effervescent with a mild acidity and aroma of gooseberries and grapefruit.

 

TOAD OF LIGHT

North American Pale Ale •  5% ABV

This pale ale features a bold tropical fruit aroma, a result of being jam-packed with juicy Citra and El Dorado hops. The soft but assertive bitterness is balanced by a healthy dose of flaked oats and wheat in the grain bill.

 

TORCH

Imperial Brett IPA •  8.9% ABV

A deliciously strong and complex IPA, a result of 100% Brettanomyces fermentation and a heavy dose of El Dorado hops. Expect a citrusy and funky aroma followed by a mouthful of bitter marmalade.

 

TRANS HUMAN STATE

Pilsner-ish • 5% ABV

A soft, crisp and easy drinking pilsner. A small dry hop with Mandarina Bavaria balances out this refreshing brew.

WATTS TRUCE

Sour Brett IPA • 7.5% ABV

Named in honour of two rival gangs coming together for the purpose of peace, this ale is a blend of two of our favourite beers, Paradise Lost and Torch. Blended together and then heavily dry hopped with classic west coast 'C' hops, Paradise Lost gains added bitterness and Brett funk while giving the beer a bright acidity.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Sour Brown Ale •  8.7% ABV

Brewed with Belgian caramel malts and dark candi sugar, this sour ale features aromas of vanilla and caramel from aging the brew in Bourbon barrels.
