This series of hazy ales we are naming after mystical and mythical plants, as we also share veneration for the wonder and magic of plant science, deep rooted across generations and cultures. The perpetual quest for hop balance has led us in interesting uncharted directions, like the crafting of curious recipes, and the creation of unique and novel hop profiles.
Don’t let the name fool ya! Our latest hazy IPA has notes of pineapple, nectarine, peach, & passionfruit, and is soft as eiderdown on silk over a bed of rose pedals. (FYI Witch's Hair is a very pretty but weird-looking lichen: check it out!)
