Sour Ale • 6.9% ABV
We aged this sour ale with 560 grams per litre of blackberries. We further conditioned the product on spent gin botanicals from our friends at Willibald. Expect a huge jammy finish with a hint of herbs and citrus to bring depth to this beer. There is a balanced level of sweetness to keep the finished product tasting fruit forward while rounding out the acidity.
