West Coast Wet Hop IPA w/ Fresh Cascade, Chinook & Simcoe • 6% ABV
At the end of summer, many brewers travel to hop farms all around the province to collect fresh hops from local farmers. These special fresh hop (or wet hop) beers come out a few weeks later and are available for a short time at the beginning of fall. They don’t last long, nor keep, making them the most rare of all yearly brews.
Our 2024 fresh hop IPA is full bodied and melon-y with hints of fresh green grapes. It’s like drinking hops fresh off of the vine.
