To showcase this stout three different ways, each Balam blend is aged in a different bourbon barrel, paired with three different local coffee beans and three different whole vanilla beans, then complimented with a touch of smoked malt to give their unique recipe complexity and depth of flavour. This delicious edition uses Hale Noir coffee beans and Ugandan vanilla beans as its gustatory engine. Imperial stouts don’t get much better than this folks.
