Cask Days was founded in Toronto, Ontario by Bar Volo in 2005. The festival has evolved into one of the most exciting beer events in the country and one of the largest cask festivals in the world. It celebrates the love for cask ale: unpasteurized, unfiltered and naturally carbonated beer that is served direct from a cask barrel. Our aim is to give you a unique festival experience that celebrates not only beer but food, art and music.
Bellwoods Brewery presents:
“THE SECOND ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF FRIENDS AND BEER AT OUR HAFIS ROAD BREWERY ON SEPTEMBER 29TH! We’re back again for another year of Witchstock. We invite you to roam around the brewery, meet people who make some pretty amazing beer, and celebrate our Toronto beer community.”
Presented by The Exchange Brewery & The Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce:
“Hosting the first ever sour beer-focused festival for the Niagara region is an idea we have talked about since the early days of the Exchange Brewery. We hope this event will draw both sour beer lovers and anyone with an interest in these styles to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We wanted to have a brewer-curated festival line-up with some of our favourite sour beer producers from across the province and beyond. Together with our colleagues, we hope to help educate, foster new experiences for festival-goers with niche beer styles and continue to grow the festival year after year. And have lots of fun in the process!”
Sam Maxbauer, Head Brewer at The Exchange Brewery

Join us at CRAFT Beer Market to enjoy Orthus D.D.H IPA.
Brewed with Muscat grape must, this IPA is packed full of tropical fruit aromas emanating
from the grapes and a blend of American and New Zealand hops. Expect a subtle tartness
from the grapes and a balanced yet present bitterness from heavy handed hopping.
Orthus, in Greek Mythology, was a two-headed monster guard dog who defended the red
cattle of his owner, on the island of Erytheia. The two-headed dog symbolizes Sarah and
Alexandre, the CRAFT team members who helped brew, and in the end, named the beer.
Together with CRAFT, they are the “Guardians” of the pups of Save Our Scruff.
Save Our Scruff is a volunteer-run dog rescue located in Toronto dedicated to rescuing dogs and finding them safe and suitable permanent homes through adoption, advocacy and education. We are different than many other rescues because we do not select dogs based on their size or age or even their breed. A dog in need, is a dog in need. Since our beginnings in 2013, we have rescued and found forever homes for over 1000 deserving pups.
Orthus is served at CRAFT Beer Market and $1 from each sold supports Save Our Scruff!
