full-time experienced brewer (44 hrs/week)

Duties include cleaning and sanitation of brewing vessels, collection and storage of yeast, beer transfers, dry hopping procedures, brewing operations including all major brewing steps (prep, mashing, lautering, etc.), preparation of brewing ingredients.

Candidates must be highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment, able to work quickly and efficiently with high attention to detail, are neat and organized, have great communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team, able to lift 55+ lbs safely, have a clean "G" driver's licence for accessing storage facilities, have experience working in cellar operations/brewing, have knowledge of beer quality with regards to sanitation and oxidation, have knowledge of clean-in-place (CIP) processes.

Forklift experience is an asset. Some work on weekends may be required.
