Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout • 11% ABV • Our biggest beer to date, this beast is infused with a combination of smoked malts, coffee and vanilla. Expect a big and boozy aroma with layers of chocolate, coffee and bourbon.
North American Stout • 7% ABV • Brewed with cocoa husk and a complex combination of roasted malts, this bold stout is rich and full bodied with layers of chocolate and espresso.
Dry Hopped Light Pale Ale • 4.5% ABV • Dry hopped with a copious amount of German and American hops, this surprisingly full-bodied ale features aromas of citrus and spice.
Double Dry Hopped IPA • 6.5% ABV • Double dry hopped with Mosaic Lupulin powder, Citra and Motueka hops. This IPA features juicy tropical fruit flavours and aromas. The addition of white grape must gives the body extra complexity and juicy qualities.
Sour Stout • 7% ABV • The ultimate combination of sour cherries and dark chocolate, with a touch of sweetness.

Barrel-aged Wild Ale with Fruit Skins • 8.5% ABV • Barrel aged wild ale brewed with blueberry skins and refermented with unpasteurized blueberry juice.
FALL OF THEBES CHERRY BARREL AGED
Barrel Aged Wild Ale • 7.5% ABV • Brewed with pressed Montmorency sour cherry skins, aged in red wine barrels and conditioned with unpasteurized cherry juice. Expect an intense amount of Brettanomyces funk, mild acidity and juicy cherry.
Barrel Aged Brett IPA • 8% ABV • A blend of a 100% Brett barrel aged IPA and a hazy North-Eastern style IPA. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Wai-ti and Motueka hops, this IPA features intense stone fruit and funky aromas.
Spiced Dessert Stout • 6% ABV • This "White Chocolate White Stout” is brewed with all of the elements of a traditional stout without any roasted malts. Instead, we infuse this decadent, full bodied ale with vanilla, locally roasted coffee and cocoa tea to provide delightful aromas of coffee and white chocolate. Contains lactose.
North American Pale Ale • 5.5% ABV • More yeast forward than most interpretations of the style, Inner Eye Pale Ale features floral and citrusy hop aromas with tropical fruit esters from a unique strain of yeast.
North American Pale Ale • 5% ABV • Light in alcohol and bitterness, this pale ale features one of our largest dry hop schedules to date. Bursting with Citra and Mosaic hop aromas, this little pale ale packs a punch without tiring your palate.
Double Dry Hopped New Zealand Pale Ale • 6.2% ABV • Brewed with 100% New Zealand hops. Tropical fruit flavours and a nose full of lemon and spice.
Dry Hopped Double IPA • 8.4% ABV • Fermented with Mango and Guava, this dry hopped DIPA is packed with centennial, citra, chinook, sorachi ace and cascade lupulin powder.
MILK OF THE POPPY
North American IPA with Fruit • 6.5% ABV • This North American IPA is brewed with a blend of New Zealand and American hops and then refermented with locally produced strawberry juice. The tropical fruit and grapefruit hop aromas are accented beautifully by sweet and juicy strawberries.
Wild Ale with Ontario Peaches • 6.5% ABV • This Brett forward fruit beer was aged for over a month with local Ontario peaches from this year’s harvest. Expect a considerable amount of fruity Brett funk and ripe peach upfront, followed by a pleasant tart finish.

Sour Ale with Fruit • 6% ABV • A golden sour ale refermented with heaps of Guava nectar. A juicy, fruit forward sour ale with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

PARADISE LOST YUZU GOSE
Sour Ale with Citrus and Salt • 6% ABV • Golden sour ale brewed with Maldon sea salt and refermented with Yuzu juice, a Japanese citrus fruit.
North American IPA • 7% ABV • A hybrid of West Coast and North-Eastern style IPAs. Assertive bitterness with citrus and pine combined with the juicy qualities of North-Eastern style pale ales.
TOAD OF LIGHT
North American Pale Ale • 5% ABV • This pale ale features a bold tropical fruit aroma, a result of being jam-packed with juicy Citra and El Dorado hops. The soft but assertive bitterness is balanced by a healthy dose of flaked oats and wheat in the grain bill.
Imperial Brett IPA • 8.9% ABV • A deliciously strong and complex IPA, a result of 100% Brettanomyces fermentation and a heavy dose of El Dorado hops. Expect a citrusy and funky aroma followed by a mouthful of bitter marmalade

Spiced Stout • 7% ABV • Full bodied and gluttonous, this stout has been infused with locally roasted coffee, cinnamon and vanilla to create a beer appropriate for dessert... or any occasion.
Bourbon Barrel Aged Sour Brown Ale • 8.7% ABV • Brewed with Belgian caramel malts and dark candy sugar, this sour ale features aromas of vanilla and caramel from aging a portion of the brew in Bourbon barrels. The addition of lactose sugar yields a residual sweetness to balance the acidity. Contains lactose.
Dry hopped Sour Ale • 6% ABV • A white wine inspired ale, this sour ale is refermented with Riesling grape juice and dry hopped with El Dorado hops. Notes of brettanomyces funk, grapefruit, and white grape.
